Our Booking Terms & Conditions
- Check in 2.00pm / Check out 10.00am.
- Reception hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00 noon Saturday and Sunday
- Please advise your expected arrival time at least 3 days prior to your arrival date in case it is outside office hours so that we can provide you with late check-in instructions.
- Airport transfers can be arranged.
- Payments are paid into our fully audited trust account.
- Payment methods accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Cash or a direct transfer to our trust account.
- Cancellations:
During peak / high season - 14 days prior to arrival 100% fee is payable
During low season and rest of the year - 7 days prior 1 night fee is payable
- General:
For the consideration of future guests smoking is not permitted inside our apartments. Ashtrays are located outside on the balcony tables for your convenience.
- Excessive cleaning charges apply, above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
- Management accepts no liability for money and valuables left by you in your apartment during your stay or upon departure.
- Pets are not allowed in Sea Point apartments.
